Dental Appliances
We have many dental appliances to help prevent trauma and to correct your oral health.
Night Guards
We offer two types of night guard for those that grind or clench their teeth:
- Soft night guards are a flexible night guard that is effective where light grinding without any muscle or jaw pain is experienced.
- Duoflex night guards are recommended where heavy grinding is present, with or without muscle or jaw pain.
Duoflex night guards are much more comfortable and thinner than soft night guards, and also wear much slower and last longer!
Sports Guards
If you are active in any sport, a sport guard is highly recommended. A sport guard will lessen the chances of dental trauma should an accident occur.
Our sports guards are tighter fitting and more comfortable than store bought sports guards. They are also completely customizable with your favourite team logo or colour.
Orthodontic Retainers
If you have lost or broken your retainer, we can fabricate a new retainer for you. We fabricate both holding wires to be bonded to the teeth and removable orthodontic retainers.
Snoring & Sleep Apnea Appliances
Sleep apnea machines do not work for all patients who require it. In some instances, a dental snoring appliance may work for you instead.
A person who snores may experience obstruction of the airway due to the jaw relaxing. Our appliances advance the lower jaw forward opening the airway. This allows you to breath better and have a better night’s rest.
